LITURGIA APROBADA EN
1954
El
primer Libro de Oración se publicó en 1881 y revisado en 1889. Una
característica singular de este libro es la incorporación del antiguo rito
mozárabe español en la Eucaristía. Una traducción al inglés del Libro de
Oración 1889 está disponible en línea en formato PDF y texto plano gráficos de
Google Libros.
La
última revisión oficial de este libro se realizó en 1979, aunque en los últimos
años se ha confeccionado una nueva revisión que aún está pendiente de
aprobación.
“The Spanish Reformed
Episcopal Church (or IERE) is the representative of the Anglican Communioin in
Spain. It was founded in 1880 by dissident members of the Roman Catholic
Church in Spain.
A
Prayer Book was first published in 1881 and revised in 1889; that book served
this church until the revision presented here. One unique feature of this Book
is the incorporation of the ancient Spanish Mozarabic Rite into the
Eucharist. An English translation of the 1889 Prayer
Book is available online as PDF graphics and plain text from Google Books.
A
revision of this book was made in 1979. My understanding is that another
revision will be issued shortly.”
